Importer specializing in natural, organic and biodynamic wines holds event with harmonized tasting
Wine importer De La Croix, specializing in natural, organic and biodynamic French labels, will hold its first wine fair next Saturday (7).
During the event it will be possible to taste 32 new handcrafted labels from 14 producers from different regions of France. With advance sales or on-site, tickets cost $ 50, with tasting of each label.
To harmonize, Beverino chef Pedro Pineda will prepare typical recipes such as boeuf bourguignon and Campagne terrine and a ratatouille. In addition, there will be other artisanal producers of terrines and preserves, Zestzing breads , cheeses and coffee.
